Start from the beginning

"Mingyu and Seungcheol, you will investigate the cases of illegal trade to see if there are any connections of deals with the mafia. Break into warehouses if it's necessary."

Mingyu wrote on the board once more as Seungcheol took some notes.

"Jisung, Chenle, Jaemin. I'm assigning you to monitor and protect Lee Jeno and Huang Renjun. You will go in the southern buildings as office runners like they are."

The trio cheered and gave eachother high-fives.

"Dawon," Solar looked at him. "You will investigate the mafia group. I want to send you in to their base. Afterwards, I want you to join Seokmin and Joshua in guarding your father. Is that clear, gentlemen?"

"Yes top," they all said in unison.

"Wait, but that leaves..." Jaemin stared at Donghyuck.

Donghyuck broke out into a sweat.

Oh god ...
She's not seriously going to make me do something right..?
Awww man...
I should've listened to more Michael Jackson while eating chocolate when I could~

Donghyuck gulped.

"Donghyuck..." Solar gave him a look, as if she hadn't thought about him yet. "Ah! I'll send you to investigate our suspect. Okay! You're on Lee Minhyung!"

"What?" Donghyuck choked.

"What! Oh my gosh!" Chenle screeched.

"WHAT?!" Dawon exclaimed.

"Uhhh top..." Mingyu stopped writting on the board. "Isn't that a little..."

"Too much..?" Solar finished. "I know. But if you think about it, it's the least dangerous task at the moment. He's just a suspect, not the culprit. It's 50/50 that he would have some dangerous offense. No buts. The 127 agents are on different missions and we're short of hands. Not to mention, it seems like they know we're onto them."

Solar gave Dawon a knowing look.

I guess she knew about us being chased on the way here...

"Your jacket is on improperly," she fixed Dawon's jacket collar. "Anyways, I expect you all to attend to your missions as immediate as possible. Further details will be given by phone call."

Most of the agents started filing out of the room.

"Donghyuck," Solar stopped him. "Come with me."

---

"I don't think I'm ready..." Donghyuck sighed.

Here he was.

Sitting in a black leather chair across from Solar, confidently sitting across from him.

"Well, this concerns your father, but I won't force you to," Solar turned the paper towards Donghyuck. "I know that you may not like him, but I'm not sure you'd like him dead."

"Right..." Donghyuck stared at the contract.

There was no going back.

He could lose his life signing this paper.

But if he did sign it... people would be happy.

He wouldn't be some stuck-up millionaire's son that's basically a good-for-nothing.

Man...
I should've known that my morning jogs wouldn't last...

Donghyuck picked up the pen.
