"Oh Dian isn't it just absolutely splendid" squealed Ruby holding a puff sleeved dress
The entire class had just revived news that there would be a school formal to celebrate the new year and the Anne, Ruby, and Diana were in Ruby's room already planning what they would wear.
"Oh Ruby it absolutely is!" Grinned Diana sitting on Ruby's bed staring watching Ruby dance around holding up the pink dress.
"Anne why are you so quiet" asked Ruby perplexed at Anne's unusual silence
"I just think the theme is quite plain." She sighed
"What is wrong with it?" Asked Diana looking at Anne
"'Celebrate the new year' really? Why not 'Adventure island' or 'Magical kingdom'! Oh Diana that sound so wonderful"
"Oh Anne that sounds so Astonishing!" Ruby giggled
"You should present the Idea to miss Stacey"
"Yes but what would the costs be to buy the decorations and having build the necessary objects?" Spoke Anne
"The boys could build the sets and we could decorate with plants and flowers from outside!" Spoke Diana
"I suppose your right" Anne agreed
"Well then let's go ask her my dad can take us there in the wagon" Smiled Ruby
"Although Anne helping you comes at a cost." Diana says sharing a knowing look with Ruby
"Of course" Anne agreed she was so very thankful for Ruby and Diana she was willing to do anything
"You have to borrow one of my dresses to wear to The event" Diana smiled at Anne
Not another minute passed before Anne jumped towards the two girls engulfing them in a hug
This was going to be terrific
"Ok that's enough let's go!!" Laughed Ruby racing down the stairs along with the other two following behind excited for what the future held.
