"I promised I would call when I got home"
"That you did" she laughed "how was Mexico"
"Ah you know same old same old. I met this beautiful girl on the beach and we kinda hooked up" I said
"Is That right." She said and I could tell she was smiling
"I'm sorry about how I left things with you"
"Luke it's ok, I understand I'm not your number one priority we only just met..," she said and I interrupted her
"Come see me. I need to see you" I pleaded
"I only just got back off vacation I can't just up and leave"
"Get in your car it's only like 40 miles you will be here with me in less than an hour and you can go home tomorrow. i have a meeting in Nashville tomorrow and you can leave with me to go to work" I pleaded
"Are you serious, where's your family" she asked
"Georgia with my mama and the boys I'm home alone for 5 days" I said
"I can't believe I'm doing this but fine I will
Come but only because I miss you. I have a meeting in Nashville tomorrow as well you can drop me off and take me back to yours and I will call in sick on Wednesday" she said
"I like your thinking. What are you waiting for, get your sweet ass over here. My address is Paytona Lane Franklin. Call me at the entrance because I will need to buzz you in" I said
"Ok I will see you soon"
