I am not a good person, but can you really blame me? I was always poor. It wasn't my fault, of course, I just had shitty oods. The parents were well off at one point, but recklessness runs through the family. Mr. and Mrs. Turner started to make deals with the devil, investing into faulty businesses on a whim. The more they invest, the more loans they need. The more loans they take, the more loan sharks start arriving at our home. The more sharks that show up at our house, the more my parents are walked over.
Now this isn't a story about a girl who has to pay for her parents mistakes. I couldn't give two shits about those idiots. I haven't seen them since last summer. I may come from a family of low income and intelligence, but those are two attributes that I will not associate with.
I currently attend a boarding school known as North Bridge Prep. I got in on a scholarship, obviously, as my parents have a heart attack even hearing the word tuition. The four years that I lived in this hell hole, I've worked my way up to becoming the salutatorian of my senior class. It wasn't that difficult. I used my intelligence and manipulation to do what needed to be done.
