"You'we the best daddy, I could eve- ask fow," she hugged his legs tightly. Mitch smiled, picking her back up in his arms. He kissed her nose and continued walking home. She played with the hem of his sweater for a little while.

It didn't take them long, since they live few streets away, but she still managed to fall asleep, before they got there. He opened the door quietly, got his shoes off, and went to her room.

Mitch sat on her bed and laid her down next to him. She almost immediately hugged her fluffy blanket, tugging herself in. He tried to get it off of her, so he could change her into her pyjamas, but she didn't let go.

He gave up and went to the kitchen to get the food away. He looked out of a window, seeing black clouds on their way to the city. But those weren't "nice" clouds, these were storm clouds He decided to look for Wyatt, knowing, how scared he gets during storms. Wyatt was curled up next to his daughter's head. He smiled at the sight. Both of his angels slept soundly, not knowing, that they will get awoken by loud thunders, that were coming.

Speaking of... loud crack of the air, when lightning cut it to many pieces, broke the silence. "Aah," Kirstie screamed. He sat beside her, pulling her on his lap. "Daddy?"

"I'm here Kitty," she relaxed a little.

"I'm scawed. Is Wyatt he-e?" she looked around.

"Meow," their kitten yawned and jumped on her. They laughed and laid down. Kirstie snuggled to his side and Wyatt to his shoulder.

"Close your eyes. I will be here," Mitch rubbed his daughter's lightly shaking back. "I won't let it hurt you," he kissed her head and wrapped his arms around her.

"Okay, daddy," she took a deep breath, letting her body calm down, and soon fell back asleep.

He couldn't. His mind was still in that shop. He couldn't get the girl out of his head.

She looked really cute and she was super nice. But she's for sure taken. There is a low possibility for a man with a kid to get a girl again. Light curse of people. I get it, not everyone is ready to start a family, at least not with someone, they just started dating.

He sighed and another thunder made its way to his daughter's ears.

She whimpered, tightening her grip on her father. "Shhh," he softly petted her back few times and fell asleep too. This is his new time for sleep, 10pm. He usually goes to sleep much later.

He woke up around 2 maybe 3 in the morning, feeling already full of energy. His little love wasn't in his side but melted on his chest.

Wyatt was still on his shoulder, purring silently. He looked out of a window, seeing his neighbor just got home. There were few lights on and a girl was changing. Mitch looked away because he wasn't looking for porn and the other thing is, it's her privacy.

Mitch closed his eyes, trying to sleep again, but the only thing, that he could do, was imagine the girl from the market. He was wide awake and thinking if he could ever have any chance with her.

She's cute and meets people every day. There is her prince charming, laying next to her in bed, sleeping with her in his arms right now.

He sighed softly and looked out of the window, seeing his neighbor is already in darkness. He looked back at his little angel, sleeping soundly and drooling all over his shirt.

He has never seen anyone sleeping so tight. The little girl was happy, few tears eventually made their way out, but it was only few.

The cashier came home just a little while ago. Their houses were right beside each other's, but none of them knew. She was laying in her bed, thinking about him. She was thinking about that cute young father, she met at work.

He looked so cute and happy with his daughter. From what I saw today, he seemed to be caring and very nice. His daughter is in the middle of his universe, there is nothing, he wouldn't do for her. One day, I would want a guy like him. Someone, who cares about me. Someone, who will never leave me and/or our kids. He seems to be just like that, but I can be wrong. I just wish I can get a boy like him for myself some sunny day.

Around 2:30 am, she decided to actually get some sleep. She went to the bathroom to clean her face and brush her teeth. When she came back, she wondered, how big a possibility, of being in a relationship with Mitch, was there?

After few moments she stopped it, knowing how it could end with depression again. However, her mind couldn't leave that handsome man with his beautiful little girl.

Both adults were up at the same time, thinking about one another and how the other already has someone special to them. Yet she didn't fall asleep as easily as Mitch, knowing, she still has his wallet, she wanted to return it, but lost him, because of his ex-girlfriend, she didn't catch him.

She sighed and did everything she could to fall back asleep, what took so long to actually work. Her sleep was somewhat shallow, but she still managed to get some energy.
