Peterick oneshots part un (re-reading and editing some)

It started with a dare...

Ok, this is going to have a lot of time skips and alternating POV'S so bare with me

Pete POV:

It's currently the end of the year, well last two months of school, and at this point, the teachers really have nothing new to teach us, they just like us just want to have summer break, and I'm playing truth or dare with my two best friends, Joe, and Andy, in history class, where the teacher said we could do whatever as long as we are quiet

"Ok, Pete truth or dare?" Joe asked

"Dare" I responded

"You see the kid in the back, with the big hoodies?" Joe asked

"Patrick, yea he's in all my classes with me" I said

"I dare you to date him, even if you don't want to" Joe said

"Well, that's easy, he's hella cute, and I've been crushing on him since like the second week of school" I said shrugging

"What?!??! You have a crush on some kid you don't even know!" Joe and Andy whisper-shouted at once

"Yea, what's wrong with that? And we are not total strangers. We have the same setlist in band, and work together in math and science" I said

"Nothing. If anything, we thought you were into Mikey" joe said

Andy nodded

"Nah, he's weird, ugly, and a whore" I responded (no disrespect to Mikey, I love him, but in the world of Peterick Mikey is the bad guy)

"Oh, uhm, ok" joe said

"Well, go on with the dare" Andy said directing his hand towards Patrick

"Ok" I shrugged

This dare is cakewalk, I'll do it no problem.

"Hey" I said

"H-hi" Patrick studded

"Pete, you're Patrick? Right?" I asked

"Ye- Yea" he said

"You get nervous easily" I said

"Really? I wouldn't have guessed that" Patrick said

"Sassy" I said

"Shut up" he said

"We have band practice next" I said trying to start a conversation

"Yea, you play bass right?" He asked me

I nodded

"You're on drums right?" I asked

"Yea" he responded

"You should really be singer" I said

"Noooo, I can't sing for my life" he responded

"You sure?" I asked

"Mhm" he said

"Well, I disagree, I heard you on backing vocals, you and Brendon together will be amazing" I said

"Shut up, even if I could, I would never be singer" he said

"Whatever you say" he responded

"So why'd you start talking to me?" Patrick asked

"Well, you seemed like a pretty cool guy, and we have all our classes together

"Oh, ok" he responded

Time skippp also it's third person POV:

It's been a whole month after Pete started talking to Patrick, and the two have gotten incredibly close, and they already know a lot about each other, Joe and Andy even got to know Patrick a little. And by the day Pete falls for him a little more. And the four have been inseparable. Joe and Andy got together. And for Pete and Patrick, they've got a little thing going on, tons of flirting, almost kisses, almost touching, but neither of them have the balls to speak up about their feelings...

Joe P.O.V:

Damn, Pete really wasn't lying when he said he liked Patrick. He's always texting or calling me about him, like damn, just kiss already! Or just start making out for the hell of it! But then again maybe he doesn't want to considering how Patrick is like the 'baby' of the group and Pete likes to call himself Patrick's 'baby daddy' and it's weird, and yeah, weird the only word to describe that. But for me and Andy, we've been perfect, but we don't show it in front of everyone, well that being our friends, that's a red flag if you ask me.

But other then Pete and Patrick's awkwardness between them, it's been honestly amazing!

"Joe, I think imma tell him today!" Pete exclaimed to me

"Really?!?! That's great! Good luck" I said

"Thanks. But what if he doesn't feel the same?" I asked

"Trust me, he does" I reassured

"Yeah? How do you know?" He asked

"Hmm, let's see" I started "You two ALWAYS flirting back and fourth, you two almost kiss All. The. Damn. Time! You lean in, he follows, he leans in, you follow and vice versa. And he obviously enjoys when you call him baby. And I have so many texts from you two, about each other! Just kiss him already!"

Pete POV:

Wow. I guess what Joe said was true. We are always about to kiss and stuff like that, but like, Patrick, he's my little muffin, soft, cute, smol, and delicate. Whatever, imma do it and wish for the best!

"Hey patty" I said

"Don't call me that" he giggled swatting me away

He. Giggled. Well. I. Don't. Need. My. Heart. Anyways

"Cutie" I mumbled

"Shut up" he blushed

He. Blushed. I. Don't. Need. My. Vital. Organs. Anyways.

"Anyways, there's something I've been meaning to talk to you about" I said

Patrick POV:

Oh no, he needs to talk. This can't be good. Whenever I've gotten into a friendship like this, it would always end like this, I was at the verge of a panic attack, but I calmed down

"Y-Yea" I said

"Well, I need to say this, it's been a HUGE weight on my shoulder, even before we ever met, and I really don't know how to say this, but I'll show you" he said

I was confused. What did he mean 'I'll show you'

But at that moment he kissed me, I was taken by surprise at first, but soon started kissing back? I always knew I liked him, but wow! I really love him.

"So, um Patrick, would you be my boyfriend?" He asked pulling out a ring pop

"Of course, you nerd" I laughed

"Love ya too" he said

Third person omniscient POV: (so sorry, I hate reading in the POV, but is helping):

It's been six months since everything happened, Pete and Patrick are successfully dating. Pete falls for Patrick a little more everyday. And Patrick falls for him again, but with more love everyday. As for Joe and Andy, they are perfect, only have small fights, but work it out within 5-10 minuets.

Everything's perfect.

Ayyyy, I'm back! I got tickets for to see FOB in my birthday, it was amazing, anyways this was crap. Byeeeeee
