The worst thing in the world just happened to me. My best friend, Gaten, just asked me to play fortnite with him and Finn. Normally, I would be ecstatic to spend some time with Gaten. I never see him.
But playing fortnite is not my cup of tea, sis.
I almost threw my phone at the wall.

The tea is boiling hot and I'm ready to spill it. ( okay I'll stop )
I was sitting on the couch, minding my own business, when my phone dings. I check it and see the message:
Gaten: hey! Finns in town and he just arrived at my house. He wants to see ya. Wanna hang and play some sweet fortnite? It'll be fun!!
My eyes widened as I immediately thought of an excuse to tell him. I couldn't think of any. I sighed and came up with some stupid answer.
Y/n: uhmmm I'm sorry but my foot itches, i sadly can't come over...😢
Gaten: seriously? Your foot itches so you can't play fortnite??
Y/n: yes. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Have fun with Finn tho!
Gaten: you're unbelievable
Y/n: but you still love me huh? ;)
Gaten: gotta dash!
Y/n: tell Finn I said hi!
