Chap 6

Rachel's POV

We talked so much about everything, and we ended up deciding to make a small wedding with only family and close friends in London, because we first met in London, so we thought it might be romantic.

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of a magical wedding, i used to dress up as if I was the bride, I would dance alone imagining my husband with me. Getting married was all I wanted, because I knew it would be a day to remember.

We decided to have the wedding in the church where we first met. Technically, we first met in the wedding of my best friend, Monica, where I was the bridesmaid and he was Chandler's best man.

We bought plane tickets for our friends, and families, to London, we were also going to a really fancy hotel there. Gosh, I hope everything goes right.

"Hey babe, are you ready to check the list before we leave?" I heard Olivier ask me while getting out of the bedroom.

"What list, honey?"

"Invitation, babe"

"Oh yeah! Sure. Well Mandy, my bridesmaid, will be there and Mesut, your bestman, will also be there."

"Okay, so that's two so far" he said laughing.

"Monica and Chandler. Phoebe and Joey. Ross and Carole. Lola and Marc. Mona and Ryan. Susanne and Frank."

"Great, if you add them up, they'll be 6 couples, meaning 12 persons. What about our families?"

"Mom and Dad, my uncle and his wife, my aunt and her husband. Your mom and your dad, your grandpa and your aunt. "

"Okay so 10 people from family, which gets us down to 22 people." He said laughing.

"So, you're good at maths, I see?" I said as I smashed my lips upon his.

I was always worried of never meeting a perfect guy, of never having a perfect wedding. But now, with Olivier not only these two things will be perfect, my future with him will be perfect.

On the plane, on our way to London, my mom got up, and raised her glass of wine, and said:

"I know the wedding is two days away, and that I shouldn't be making a speech right now. But I want you all to raise your glasses to the amazing couple. As Rachel was growing up, all she ever wanted was to get older and find a man to spend the rest of her life with. She was the kind of girl who only worried about not meeting a great guy. She was patient, and the right man showed up. I want to thank you Olivier, for making my daughter as happy as she is right now. We're so blessed to have you in our lives, you and your lovely family. We are now one big family. I wish you the best of luck guys, and all the joy in the world. I love you guys so much. Cheers!" She ended up saying as tears fell down my cheeks. I stood up and walked towards her, hugging her tightly.

I sat back down in my seat next to Olivier's, as he leaned in and pressed his lips onto mine. Between kisses, I would whisper "I love you". He hugged me, he hugged me tight, as I rested my head onto his torso. He kissed my forehead and said, "I promise you, I will never hurt you."

We arrived to London, we all got in a van Olivier ordered. We planned on dropping all my friends and family to the hotel as Olivier and my mom and I go to the church to see if everything was under control. I just want this to go as planned so badly, and I want it to be so damn right.

We arrived to the church, we entered, to see everything has burnt down. I gasped in pure and utter shock. I was devastated. My mom hugged me as I saw Olivier talk to a man.
