It was a normal day at school for the Cullens. It wouldn't be long til they graduate ... again. Knowing that they'll have to repeat this process oven and over again. And not all of them were happy about it. Like usually Jay had this annoyed and pessimistic look an his face. He wasn't pleased with the developing of the latest evens. But knowing him, it was nothing new. Jay was a grumpy type of guy. There wasn't really something that could make him happy. But a few things did. Like music. It was his sanctuary. His way out of this depressing life. Living alone a couple of year wasn't that amazing. After a while it had become boring to him. It kept going that way, til he met Carlisle Cullen.
His mood was going up but soon it fell. It wasn't Carlisle and him anymore. The Cullen family grew and it annoyed the crap out of Jay. Considering that Jay never had a caring father and having Carlisle who took over that roll, it felt like they were stealing him away. Also being the only non-vampire in this family didn't made things better. He felt like an outsider. Like he doesn't even belong, but he were there before them, he was the first that Carlisle called son. But being as impulsive as he was, it didn't last long. And you couldn't believe how happy he was when Cleo came along. She was the complete opposite of him, but he didn't care. He was not alone anymore.
Cleo being her queerly self, brought new energy into the Cullen-household. She was always hyped, energetic, enthusiastic and caring to everyone. She was a great addition to the family. And Jay adored her for that. He never really felt the need to care for someone. The world was filed with assholes and he was one of them, but Cleo brought out his protective-big-brother-side. He made sure she was okay, safe and happy. Cleo often cheered Jay up, pulling him out of his depression, making him more human. Humans. Was the one thing he disliked the most. Their careless thinking, thinking the world is just sunshine and roses. But it wasn't any like that. This world was cruel and so were some humans. They were just some stupid and pathetic creatures. Thats why he liked Cleo. She wasn't human. Well she was most of the time. When she got in contact with water, she was not so human anymore. Growing a mermaid tail was the thing that happens after she touched water or other liquids. But Jay was always there to catch her before she hits the ground. After Cleo came, more and more came.
Next was Eva, who ran away from her weird family. Carlisle had heard of the Mikaelson family before, the original family, about the hybrid. But he never thought about one of them come knocking on his door. Eva hated her family. Them killing people, torturing them, destroying peoples lives. She couldn't take it anymore. Of course her possessive father came after her, but seeing how desperately she wanted to be away from him, he felt guilty for everything he had done. He promised her he would change, that he will become better and that he will come back for her when he accomplished that. He allowed her to stay with the Cullens. Then he left. But let's be real, as if Klaus Mikaelson would ever change. Eva had some difficulty with being differed, with not being a human. A Hybrid is a loop hole in natures construction, but a Tribrid was really something. Part witch, part wolf, part vampire. Thats what Eva was. An abomination. And that's exactly how she felt about her self. Even though she couldn't hurt a fly she thought of herself as a monster.
Eva was not a fighter like Jay. She was fiery and had her fathers temper but she was also pretty quite. She was an introvert and kept all her feelings to herself. Jasper was the only one who knew what was going on inside of her. Not even Edward with his gift could read her like that. She and Jasper became close. From there on every thing was quit calm, til he came. Scott was very differed. This kid would be excited about everything and he wouldn't shut up about it. Unfortunately for Jay, Scott followed him like a puppy. Scott thought of Jay as his big brother and his role model. That means everywhere Jay was, Scott was there and everywhere Scott was, there were candy and pranks. Typical Trickster.
Like Cleo, Carlisle found him alone and struggling with being supernatural. He took him in, not knowing he would course THAT much trouble. School was no exception for Scott. He has been in the principals office a lot. But still, his new family loved him and he loved them.
"Jay, are you listening?" Alice voice brought him out of his thoughts.
"What?"he kind of snapped. Edward gave him a look. He knew exactly what was going on inside the head of the boy.
"Sorry, I didn't me..."he tried but was cut off.
"Don't worry silly." Alice giggled.
"So what were you saying?"he asked her.
"Alice was talking about throwing a graduation party at your place."Angela told him. Along with Bella's other human friends, she set beside him, much to his dislike. When Edward first came along with his human girl, Jay was furious. He hated Bella. She put his family in danger but after quite awhile he got used to that clumsy girl. Even Eva was not a fan of Bella at first, but Cleo and Scott adored this human.
"You think that's a good idea?"Jay asked the small vampire girl.
"Oh come on Jay, you love music"Alice cheered. Jay look down on his plate and scoffed. "Yeah, I love my type of music, not yours or theirs."he said.
"Will you shut up and be happy if you get to choose the music?"she asked. Jay smirked. "Maybe." he respond.
"Okay, deal than."Alice said not knowing what a mistake she made.
