It was the cosmic jubelie and Emerald was with Holly blue agate, the former manager of the human zoo. Emerald invited holly to join her at this jubelie. Holly and Emerald were good friends, best even. Even if Emerald was a higher rank than Holly it didn't stop them from being friends, Both were suprised they got along so well. Agates were known to be cruel, uncaring, abusive, snobby and downright unfriendly. Emeralds were known to be mean but not as cruel as Agates.
Holly looked around the room looking at all the high class that were there. She was amazed at how fancy they looked, none of them wore dresses however. There was also of selection of drinks there mostly alcoholic, holly had a few drinks but admittedly she hated the taste. The only reason she drank in the first place was so that she could relax, being in a room full of high class gems made her nervous, very nervous. She wasn't used to this and Emerald knew that, thankfully she stuck by Holly.
Holly and Emerald chat about nothing in particular, both were kind of drunk and they would only get more drunk as the night progressed. After a few more drinks, both gems were indeed drunk. Emerald looked over and saw something amazing. It was Jasper, Emerald had heard about this particular Jasper quite a bit from Holly. Holly wasn't kidding when she said Jasper was perfect. The color, the cut of her gem, her everything was Perfect. Holly looked over at what Emerald was looking at, she smirked then stumbled over to Jasper.
Jasper turned then looked down, she was taller than almost everyone in the room. Jasper smiled which made holly blush, Holly spoke drunkenly "H-hey you come here often?" And Jasper replied with a simple no. Jasper thought her attempt at flirting was funny, even if she was drunk. Holly wasted no time and got straight to the point "Hey how about you and I take that pretty rock over there" Holly pointed at Emerald "and tuck her in if you know what I mean" Holly smirked. Jasper blushed then looked at Emerald then back at Holly. Jasper thought for a moment but then she agreed.
