[{SATURDAY, JULY 7}]
once everyone had decided to get into their own sleeping locations, the large room steadily got tighter
there were 8 of them, and one room with
a cushioned couch, 2 fluffy chairs, and 2 comforting mattresses on the floor
millie took one of the chairs, sadie did the same
caleb and gaten took one mattress
noah and finn took the other mattress, offering it to corey and elise, quickly the girls declined the offer, already set with the couch

at 2:00am, elise had woken up with the feeling of thirst. which was weird for elise, she never woke up in the middle of the night, much less for water.
she got up, trying her best not to wake corey, and took down the ponytail in her hair, leaving her loose curls to be all natural
elise made her way to the kitchen getting a glass and walking subtly towards the fridge, her steps were light as a feather and her movements were as soft as they could possible be
she pushed the water button on the fridge, waiting for it to finish filling her glass she heard a voice, elise looked up sharply to see a figure standing in front of her
it was dark and elise couldn't make out who it was until she heard their voice
"hey, it's just sadie"
"oh hey" elise responded with a light giggle watching as sadie grabbed a piece of blank paper and pen
"it's fine, i couldn't sleep so i was just about to get up to go for a quick walk if you wanted to join" sadie said writing a simple note on the paper she picked up
"oh yeah sure, i could use a good calm walk" elise said with a quiet laugh
sadie stuck the note to the table and slipped on her shoes, signaling for elise to follow
elise grabbed her water and shoes, following sadie out the door of millie's house

the two girls walked for what seemed like hours, the just talked about everything going on in their lives and how happy they were to be where they are
everything was good in those hours, and despite only knowing sadie (in person) for 3 days, elise felt solemnly connected to her. after all, they talked 14 hours out of 24 every day, and it seemed like they'd known each other for years and years.
