Sickfic for the soul (FLUFF)

Third person
John woke up feeling absolutely terrible, immediately feeling dizzy and felt the urge to empty his stomach. He quickly moved Alex's arm from around his waist and sprinted to the bathroom at full speed, collapsing in front of the toilet and throwing up.

Alex must've heard the noise as soon enough John felt his hair being pulled back and someone rubbing his back up and down in an attempt to calm him.
He pushed himself back into Alex and began to sob heavily.

Alex pulled John into his lap, stroking the boy's frizzy and damp hair softly, and rubbing his back calmingly.
Soon, John's sobs turned to quiet
hiccups, and then just sniffling.

"Lexi, I don't feel too good..." John whispered hoarsely, coughing a little
"Shh, I know, I know" Alex muttered, lifting John up and carrying him back to bed.

He put a wet cloth onto John's head and put the blanket over him. John rolled over and made grabby hands towards Alex.
"Lexiiiiiii..."
"John I don't want to get sick too." Alex sighed.
He then heard faint sniffling and sobbing, he sighed again, climbing into bed beside John and wrapping his arms around the small boy's waist, pulling John's into his chest, being considerably taller than John, John could easily bury his face into Alex's chest (shush I luv me a smol John) the two boys soon fell asleep cuddled closely together.
