I know this bitch didn't just kick me out. I mean sure I mess with these hoes but that don't give her a reason to kick me out. I loved her I was gone marry her bossy ass, and she do ah brother like this got me in this cheap ass hotel. I swear ima make it ah life mission to get her ass. It was ten at night and I was just turning my engine off. Walking to my front door the events earlier played in my head. I unlocked my door looking inside, just how I left it. Kicking my black heels onto the floor and taking the pony tail holder out of my head had me feeling refreshed. I headed upstairs to my bedroom it looked just as I left it. Besides all of Derrick's things being gone. maybe it was for the better he stopped alot of good in my life; alot of opportunities. I glanced at my phone seeing I had four missed calls two from my sister Monica and one from my Best friend Jaime, while the last one was from the devil himself Derrick. I decided to redial Monica (Nica for short)
Nica: "Hey girl what you doing?"
moni : "nothing just had a long day."
Nica: "well little RJ started daycare today"
Moni:" oh that's great! "
Nica: " are you Okay Moni ? you don't sound too excited. "
Moni: I'm good sis just tired how about breakfast say IHOP at 9:00?"
Nica : "well Okay."
I quickly hung up the phone, I loved my sister but I kinda envied her and her perfect life. The perfect loving husband; gorgeous little son and a beautiful home, and the worst of all she was light skinned with a different father. She had it good. And what did I have?
I layed on my back letting sleep take me far away from a dark world, A dark skinned world.
