Ricci got silent for a while at akala ko tuloy naputol yung tawag namin. Muntik ko na ibaba yung phone when I hear him mutter, "Thanks for sharing this ride with me, Marq. Ikaw talaga lucky charm ko. I love you."

"Mas nakakapagod pa rin trainings sa school babe," he replied, dropping his body on my bed with Stewie on top of him.

After a couple minutes of playing and cuddling, we received a knock coming from Yaya Lucy telling that our Yellow Cab delivery has just arrived. Perfect timing.

We both rose up. "Babe naiihi ako. Can you get our food downstairs?"

"Wooshoo. Tinatamad ka lang bumaba e," he teased as he gave me a peck on the cheek and went down the stairs.

"Dy, Ricci's there downstairs. Release her na." I quietly mumbled on my phone at dahan-dahang bumaba ng hagdan. I prepared myself for the surprise that I've been planning for almost a month na since my birthday.

Naabutan kong nakatalikod sakin si Ricci hawak ang mga paper bag from the delivery. Nagulat naman siya nang may biglang kumahol at napatayo ng diretso nang makita nyang may papalapit na mini-chow chow sa harap nya. I surpressed a laugh. Kahit di ko kita ang facial expression niya, he is just SO adorable!

"Ate, sorry I wasn't able to control her! She's so strong eh!" sigaw ni Dylan at bigla naman akong nilingon ni Ricci with a surprised yet amused look on his face.

I laughed and slowly went down on the remaining stairs whilst the mini chowchow wags her tail on Ricci knees. Nakakatuwa naman na parang na love at first sight ata yung dog sa kanya. That's a good thing right, since she's a gift!

"Babe, you have a new dog?" gulat na tanong ni Ricci when I faced him habang kinukuha ang box of pizza sa kamay nya.

"I wish it was ours," Dylan mumbled as he pets the dog's head carefully. I smiled at Ricci's thoughtful question.

"Nah, she's yours babe. Pick a name." I said in a boring tone, as if di big deal sa akin na I just gifted him a chowchow.

His eyes widened in surprise and came on to me forward as if di siya sure sa narinig nya. Ibinaba nya sa lamp table yung mga paper bag and knelt down, petting the dog's head as well.

"What do you mean she's mine? You mean I get to name her? Is that it?"

I knelt down as well to pet the dog's head. Yup, tatlo na kaming kasalukuyang ginugulo ang buhay ng asong 'to. She probably feels sleepy right now dahil sa pag-caress namin sa kanya lol. I looked up at Ricci who's so busy observing and petting the dog as well. It's as if he's already forgotten the food that we had delivered. Kitang kita sa kanya how curious and how a dog-lover he is sa simpleng pag-amo nya dito.

I shook my head. "No. Sa'yo na siya babe. Kaya you get to decide on her name!"

Ricci froze at napatayo. I stood up too. "What do you mean sa akin siya? You're giving this chow chow to me?!"
