A new Life

Chapter 4

"Today was good, again I'm so sorry for the way that I've been treating you lately" I say to Elena, smiling at her.

"That's OK, I'm just glad that we can be friends again" she smiles and grabs my hand.

Stefan sits down beside Elena and he doesn't look happy, but I didn't have time to ask what the matter was, as someone  came up the table.

"May I take your order" I look up and I find out it is Matt.

"Hey Matty" I smile.

Sadly he ignores me.

"I will just have a plate of fries" Elena says, cutting the tension in half.

I look down at the table, I may be a vampire but he was my best friend.

I look up and see something that really surprised me, Damon walking out with Vicky.

All of a sudden my throat started to burn and I started to notice the vein in Elena's neck.

"I'm sorry I have to go" I blurt out, standing up and rushing outside, I go behind the alley and start to try and breath through the hunger.

"Hey, you want to have some fun" I heard a guy ask, I look up and a boy twice my size is walking up to me.

"You have no idea" I reply before pulling him towards, I look into his eyes.

"You will not scream, you will go through your worst nightmare, not able to move or make a sound" I compel him, his eyes go wide and I bite his neck, it's not long before he drops dead. I wipe my mouth and leave.

I walk back home, very happy.

"Uncle Zach" I call, walking through the front door.

"Yes" he says coming out of the library.

"Would I be able to have one of your famous teas" I ask smiling at him, even after everything I've been told of him, I still love him.

"Anything for my favourite niece" he smiles, I follow him into the kitchen.

"I'm sorry for what I put you through this weekend, I just needed to get away" 

"It's ok Erin, you don't need to apologise" he replied , pouring the tea.

I grab it and put it up to my lips, it smells delicious, I take a slip and its like acid had been poured into my mouth.

I spit it out and look up to my Uncle.

"What was that" I ask, but I don't get a response, instead I got a pain in my neck and it all went dark.

Dream

"Daddy" I yell as the front door opens, i run up to him and he picks me up.

"Hows my little princess" he smiles, carrying me back into the kitchen, where my Mum is making home made cookies.

"I'm good, I missed you" I say, hugging him, he puts me down and walks up to my Mummy and kisses her.

"Princess, why don't you go upstairs and play, while I talk to Mummy for a little" Daddy asks.

I walk half way up the stairs and I sit down. I can hear Mummy and Daddy talking.

"Sarah we need to leave, their back, the vampires are back" as he says this there is a bang on the door. I jump, but still go t the door.

I start to open the door, while Mummy and Daddy yell at me not to. Yet I still opened it.

"Hello beautiful" a man said looking into my eyes, I can't see his face only his eyes.
