As a kid, Petra absolutely enjoyed watching kid cartoons. Certain ones like "PJ Masks" and "Wonder Pets" inspired her to become her brave and adventurous self.

First headcanon is about this red-headed cutie!! I kinda suspected that even though she's a brave warrior, Petra still had her funny moments as a child. My sister loves "PJ Masks" and I use dto watch "Wonder Pets" when I was little. I was thinking about putting "Dora The Explorer", but I thought:
