Everyone stood there, stricken with fear. No one could move a muscle. Captain America was lying on the forest floor, unconscious. The old dried leaves crunched under Steve's weight. The sound of his body falling onto the dirt caused the other Avenger to stop their fights and turn towards him. Thanos towered over Steve, a smirk glowing on his face. T'challa and Shuri jogged up towards the scene, stopping beside Peter Parker. Shuri could see that Peter's hand was trembling. She shuffled up towards him, grabbing his hand, making him calm down and relax. Knowing what to do, she leaned towards him, her lips right beside his ear. Her hot breath scared the living crap out of him but he was still too scared to move. Trying to sound as soothing and calm as she possibly could, she whispered the most elegant words into his ear.
