Chapter 16 : A Reason to smile

I woke up to a very unfamiliar place then I realised that I wasn't at my home but at Sid's. I looked at the other side of the bed to find it empty 'maybe he left for office' I thought, I took my phone and saw that it was 10 am

"You woke up"

I raised my head to see Sid standing near the door

"No I am still asleep, will wake up after an hour" I said

"The breakfast is ready, you get freshen up " he said and started leaving

"Wait! I need to go home, my clothes are there and in no way I am going to use your bathroom" I said in a determined tone

"Okay let's go to your flat" he sighed and walked towards me

"And you are not going to pick me up" I stood up in a second with my one leg

"But..." I snacked my one hand around his shoulder for support cutting him in middle of his sentence

"See I can walk now" I smirked

" How do your parents handle you?" He asked

"Oh hello! I am a very good daughter and they love me" I defended myself

"Yeah yeah" he shrugged it off and we started walking towards my flat

He unlocked the door and we entered in, I took in the pleasant scent of my home, well not mine it's just been a week since I came here. We headed towards my room and I opened my closet to take out the clothes. Sid was standing just behind me and I was so embarrassed because my closet was a mess, I got late yesterday for exhibition and so I had thrown all my clothes on the floor to find what to wear and then I just pushed all the clothes back in closet. I started shuffling through my clothes and atlast found my blue sweatshirt and white PJ's but still it wasn't over I had to take my undergarments

"You can leave now" I said turning towards him so that I could take my innerwears

"Let me drop you to the bathroom first" he said, I turned towards my closet and took my innerwears

"Let's go now" I said with gritted teeth, I was so frustrated now because of him

I turned on the shower and it instantly relaxed me, I tried to stand on my both the legs, my ankle was still paining. I got out of the bathroom and saw a girl sitting on my bed, then I realised that it was the same girl that I saw yesterday with Sid.

"Hello mam, my name is siya and Mr. Singhania has told me to take care of you today" she said getting up, I looked at her she was wearing a red formal shirt and a pencil skirt

"Umm.. hi I am pari" I smiled, I was confused about who she was

"Sorry for not introducing myself completely mam, I am Mr. Singhania's PA, he had an important meeting with some clients today so he appointed me"

"Ohhh so you are his PA" I said

"Yes mam"

"Oh please don't call me mam it's pari for you, I am not like your rude boss" i blurted out the last part unintentionally

"Don't tell him that I called him rude" I whispered

"It's okay mam, I mean pari, I won't" she assured me

She started to help me with walking

"Let's sit on my bed" I told her

"Sorry pari but boss has told me to make you eat the breakfast and then give you the medicines and I can't disobey him" she said

"I don't want you to get in trouble because of me, common let's follow you boss's orders" I sighed

After having breakfast I took my medicines applied the spray, though siya insisted doing it for me I didn't allow her. We were now sitting on the bed
