Her trunk flew open. A blue book fluttered out of it and into Amara's hand. She opened it. Inside was newspaper clippings of Greyback. A picture of him baring his sharp teeth was stuck to the first page. Amara grimaced as the picture moved. She set it in front for them to see.

"Greyback was married to a woman. A dark witch who supported him. Unfortunately for him, she was killed by an Auror. They didn't mention the auror's name. They did mention that they had gotten their hands on a strange object. I thought that was what the voices wanted me to find. There's actually an unauthorized book which was published about dark objects recently. I heard they sell it somewhere in Diagon Alley from Madam Pince."

With a flick of her wand, the book returned to the trunk. Amara observed her friends' faces. "What do you think?"

"I think you should be more secretive because who knows...You don't want someone tracking your footsteps, do you?" chided Camilla.

"I'll be careful," agreed Amara.

The train was bustling with energy. Students were flooding the compartments quickly. Amara dragged Gina into a free one.  Athena meowed as her cage was set down. She pawed at the bars.

Camilla and Rose couldn't join them.

Camilla' parents had taken her for an immediate trip to Hawaii. Rose's parents were away on business. They couldn't pick her up from the station so she had to to go travel by Floo Powder. Her parents were a famous musician duo in the Wizarding world. They hardly had the time to pick or drop off their daughter.

"Ugh. I hope no one comes into the compartment," Gina said as she hogged one entire seat, lifting her legs to the seat. "I also want to buy as much as wizarding candy for—"

Someone rapped on the door, interrupting her words. Three faces grinned large smiles. Two of them were the red-headed twins. They blew a raspberry. The third was Lee Jordan. He grinned at her but, not so cheekily as the other two.

Amara opened the door. The trio fell forward, landing in a heap. "Gerroff' me Fred," said a disgruntled George from underneath Fred. Lee was face first on Fred's shoulder.

Amara offered a hand. Lee took it. Face forming a grateful wince. "Ah. Thanks," he stood up, then helpt the twins up. The two huffed as they scrambled up. George scowled at his brother. "Watch eating those chocolate frogs.

You'll become fatter and people will finally tell us apart. I will be the most handsome twin," He puffed his chest in pride.

"I think even if he's fat, he will still be the handsome twin," Amara winked at Fred.

Fred guffawed. "Even your study buddy agrees so. I'm Britain's top model," he struck a pose.

Everyone in the compartment laughed except George. He pouted, heartbroken, at Amara. "After all those licorice wands. You just dump me like that," he laid a hand on his forehead like a damsel in distress.

"Licorice wands better not be a euphemism for something," warned Lee.

Amara cackled, cheeks burning. Gina had lost it at that, leaning her head against the window. Fred joined Gina, rocking back and forth. George turned scarlet as his monogrammed sweater. "No. He meant actual licorice wands. He snuck it into the library. Not his--" Amara began laughing again.

"She doesn't want my licorice wands now. She wants Fred's," George maintained his sad facade despite the red travelling up to his ears.

"The truth is both of you're not that bad looking. I don't think any of you are handsome. I guess puberty didn't hit yet," Amara elbowed Fred.
