Mother Earth, take me in your womb

Had cried Sita, my daughter

Those words still echo in my mind

Even centuries after.

Times have changed me,

But the washerman's view survived

How have you forgotten

Sita's virtue and sacrifice?

Still today you blame my daughters

The victims are paying for the sins

Do you give them Goddess's name

For them to be treated alike?

I wish I had not taken her back then

When I feel anguished tears watering me

For too long this injustice is going on

Its time for me to play the role of a fury

Be warned a day will come

when this Earth will split wide open

And engulf the real sinners

All the Sitas will become the true conqueror.
