The crew is all here now, except for Nadia. I seriously think something's going on.
"Ruby, did you call Nadia yet? Everyone's here already" Everyone didn't know where she went and why she disappeared.
"Yeah. She said she isn't coming and I asked her why. All she told me was "I'm not coming, I'm gonna be with John on a date"". Ruby muttered
"Wait, but John's right here" Joey spoke
"Um, I never knew Nadia and I were going on a date..lemme text her" John mumbled
What is even going on? This sleepover turned into us wondering where Nadia went.
Johnny
John > babe, where are you? why aren't you at the sleep over?
Nadia ♡ > I can't come. I already have this math project to work on and it's due next week.
John > Your sister said that we were going on a date. Why were you lying ?
Nadia ♡ > Sorry, i wasn't paying attention to what ruby sent so I just said that and turned off my phone to continue the project.
John > Are you okay? You've been acting nervous around everyone. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone.
Nadia ♡ > Yes. I've just been tired. I gotta work on my project, see you Monday.
John > Okay see ya x
I told everyone what our text messages said. Kenzie and Ruby were scrunching their eyebrows together as if they didn't believe a word I said.
"Oh we believe every word you said, just not what Nadia said." Ruby exclaimed
"Yes, we heard what you said" Kenzie laughed
That was awkward oops.
"Everything about this seems so unusual, I think we should go back to my house and see if Nadia's actually fine. When a girl says she's fine, she's not always actually fine." Ruby stated
"Take notes boys" Brynn smirked. I could tell she liked one of the boys, couldn't tell who, maybe the girls know.
"I agree let's go." Kenzie hasn't been speaking yet she seems so happy about something. Whenever she smiles it's just so bright and adorable.
We're driving to Ruby's house, the car ride was full of silence which isn't normal.
"Someone's happy about something" I smile
"Maybe someone is" Kenzie smirked
"What's going on kenzie? Care to explain why you're suddenly so happy? It's been happening since after school" I questioned her
