As Tzuyu sleep on the nursery bed, Kai was actually talking to the nurse outside the clinic. Kai told the nurse to go as far as she can and gave her money for helping him with Tzuyu.
Kai slowly walked into the room and found where Tzuyu is.
The pills that Kai gave the nurse was actually sleeping pills that can actually stand for 2 hours straight. If Kai can make it in 2 hours and tie Tzuyu in the room, it'll be a success. Kai slowly puts Tzuyu's hand around his neck and carried her to somewhere.
