Tomboy 4: I told you so (Max)

Max pov
It's fast few weeks since i see y/n change i never had a chance to talk to her sometimes someone cut us off or even if i message her she's always busy. Since y/n change everyone acting strange when cate and i walking to the hallway they always whispering something i hear one other girl said

"Is she really kind or is she faking all of the people just to be famous. I know ivan and cate are in a relationship i saw them in the back of the school making out"

After i hear that some part of me slightly believe it but the other part of me saying it's not true. I think about what harvey said to me and the other people. Is she really not that good? Or is she faking?

Oh my goodness why am i thinking this i love cate and i trust her i know she can't do that things to me she loves me

Is she really?

I shake my thought. I look up in my ceiling and y/n face pop up in my mind. Why did she change? But i love her look i never see that her side. It's been a long time since im wishing her to see her girl side but she kept telling me that she's never gonna change because it's a promise that we make since were six. Why did she broke her promise? I feel slightly anger run to me.

"You know i can see you here" i look at the door and again it's harvey leaning in my door "i know why your angry" he take a seat in my bed

"Why?" I ask and i sit beside him and he put his arms around my shoulder

"Max! Im your twin! I can feel what your thinking!" He said laughing i just nod "you know stop being angry at y/n and dude your promise that you make its when were child of course everything will change and max she's a girl you can't keep her as a boy like you. I know she change her looks just for someone who didn't notice her. I know you both very well" he stand up and pat my shoulder he is walking to the door but he stop "and about cate? You might want to believe everyone's telling you but if you not believe them find it by yourself" then he close the door and went to his room

I lay down in my bed again my hands in my head. There's a lot of things in my head!

Other day

Im now one my way to the school. It's nice to be notice by everyone but it's just not feel the same. I've been ignoring him and maybe he's mad at me for not keeping our promise but that's when we're 6 right? We're 15 now and we're turing 16.

"Hey" i look behind me then I rolled my eyes it's ivan. He's bothering me for a week

"What?" I said while walking and never looking at him

"I see your walking by yourself so maybe i will join you" he said walking beside me. Before i say something someone talk behind us

"Sorry but i think she's walking with me" i look behind us and it's harvey! Life saver! Ivan look at harvey and when in the other side of the road and he get in the car wow.

"Oh my gosh harvey! Thank you! You're a life saver! He's really annoying" i said

"He's really trying to get you. But didn't know the y/n l/n is not falling for him?" We laugh he's right

"Yeah. He's just 'hey!' Or 'your so pretty' but im like hey! Im still the same y/n that you call tomboy and im not interested to boys" he nod at me

"Did you talk to max?" He ask i look at my feet

"No i didn't" i sigh

"I can feel. You find out about cate and ivan?" He look at me and i nod

"I feel bad for max that cate is just playing with him" i said

"I already told him that cate is no good but i think he kept on thinking that she will never do that to him" he rolled his eyes i laugh. It's funny when he rolled his eyes even though he can't "what?"

"It's just funny when you rolled your eyes even though you can't you still keep trying" i said while smiling

"Oh stop! Atleast i keep trying right?" He said

"Yeah! That's a good thing" we laugh it's fun to be with harvey because i feel like im with max

I miss him

Max pov
I was walking in the other side of the road then i hear voices when i look at the other side of the road i saw harvey and y/n laughing. I think i know what harvey said maybe they like each other they look so happy. I feel the pain in my chest

School/dismissal

I was putting my books in my locker then i hear some girls talking i stop what im doing then listen to them

"I was shock when i walk in the back of the school i saw cate and ivan making out. I thought she's dating max? I think she's really faking at all she's really a bitch after all" she said "i know it for the first time i see her. But i like y/n even more because i know from the start that she's kind because she didn't even care what people say to her and she didn't even talk back at some people unlike cate" after she say that she notice me and she look away and she look embarrassed then walk away.

I run in the back of the school then i saw what everybody say to her. It's really true after all this time she's related faking all

"C-cate?" They stop what they doing and look at me

"Oh hi max" she said like she didn't care what i see

"What the heck is this?" I ask and i feel so much pain in my chest

"Oh max this is my REAL boyfriend ivan" she said i turn around and walk away crying i go home.

When i got home i went to my room and throw my bag and my hands in my head

"I think you already found out? I told you so." He said "i know it from the beginning and i keep giving a hint but you ignore it" he said while patting my back "there's really someone for you and waiting for you" i look at him confused and he just smile at me.

I put my hands in my face again. There's one thing i need for now.
