I woke up staring into the bright morning sun through my storybook window. I watched as the birds filled the sky with there beautiful sound. My best friend Kaitlyn starts for my door. I run down stairs before her finger touches the sounding doorbell. As I grasp the handle on the door Kaitlyn barges into the hall like a cheetah.
"Kayci, I herd you were going to the beautiful Bahamas (Highland beach), "Kaitlyn screams! "Yeah, I'm so excited!" Kaitlyn starts to speak slowly. "Umm well I wondered if I could go on that cool trip two!? Complete silence filled the hallway as fast as lightning. "You know your always welcome Kaitlyn" "Could we ask my parents!? "Sure!"
Kaitlyn ran to her house to ask her parents. Both of the girls met back at Kayci's house. "Omg my awesome parents said YES, Kaitlyn explained!
Later, Kaitlyn starts packing up for Highland. "I'm sooo excited, I get to go on vacation with my best friend," Kaitlyn jumps!"Well you asked for it." I look through the clear window to follow a blue bird fly across the air. Oh the wonders of flying,being a bird,having no troubles, I thought, I could travel the world. Kaitlyn snaps me out of day wonder. "Kayci, HELLO!" "Sorry just day dreaming, I still cannot believe your parents let you come on vacation with our family!" "I know right!"
