ALMOND BURFI

Ingrediants:

1. Almonds-2 cups (grind without skin)
2. Sugar - 2 cups
3. Ghee - 0.5-1 cup
4. Milk powder - 2 cups

Procedure:

1)Make sugar syrup of 1 string consistency.

2)mix ground almonds and milk powder and add it to sugar syrup.

3)stir over low fire adding ghee little at a time.

4)When it starts leaving the sides, remove and pour in to a greased plate.

5) cut in to desired shapes and enjoy !!
