EASY SPONGE CAKE

Ingrediants:

All purpose flour (maida)-1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar-1.5 cup
Eggs-3 nos
Lemon rind(grated)-1/4 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 tbsp

Procedure:

1) first separate egg white and yolk.
2) beat the egg yolkes until thick and stir in sugar slowly.add lemon rind, lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
3) now stir in the sieved flour and stiffly beaten egg whites.
4) pour the cake mixture in to a cake dish and cook at 325 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

Yummy and delicious easy sponge cake is ready!!
