Chapter 2

Why can't I walk ? Why my head feels so heavy ?

She starts walking holding on the wall and opens the door , then she realized that she has no shoes on , but she doesn't want to waist time searching for them.

My mom is really worried about me , she'll freak out. I hope grandpa didn't do nothing to her .

She almost went outside of the house.

" Where are you going ? " asked Yusuf.

" My mom isn't answering my phone, I have to check if she is fine " she answered.

" Come back here , it's so late. I promise I'll take you early in the morning ".

" I can't wait until morning " she starts crying " I'll go now ".

" Alright , come back here. I'll take you home. Get in car. "

" I can walk , it's not too far. "

" You don't have shoes on , it's too late , don't insist. "

" Ok "

They went in car , and Yusuf starts driving.

" Ok , now can you show me which direction should we go ? " he asked.

This is insane, he turned his head looking at me. I want to get lost in his eyes. How is possible that someone can be this perfect ? I never thought that there is something that will make me forget all the problems that are going on with my life. I wish this moment could last forever...

" Hayal , are you listening to me ? " he asked .

" Oh , I'm really sorry . " she answered.

She told him the address , but after that they both was so quiet.

" So this is where you live ? " he asked.

" Yes, this is my house. Thank you for taking me home. "

" You're welcome. Do you want me to come with you ? "

" Why ? "

" I'm worried that your grandpa will say something to you. "

In this time my heart started racing so fast. He is worried about me. Again I don't know if I should be happy or sad about this moment. The good part of it that I got so close with Yusuf and I had a chance to talk with him. But the sad part is that I'm really embarrassed about how my grandpa acted in front on him and his family, in front of all those people there.

" No , don't come. I'll be alright. Thank you again. "

" Ok , goodbye then. "

He gave me this precious smile and drove away. Oh god, I forgot my mother. What am I gonna say to my grandfather ? He will start yelling at the middle of the night.

She walks in , but she doesn't see no one, all the lights are off.

Maybe they slept, but I have to check my mother anyway.

She opens the door and walks in her Mother's room , the light is off there too. But she goes near her , and whispers " Mom , are you sleeping ?"

She doesn't answer. Then she walks out from her room thinking that she's asleep. She goes in her room too.

I'm really lucky that my grandpa is sleeping. There was enough drama for today. I should take this dress off and wear my pajamas.

She turns the light off , and goes to bed. Hours are passing by , it's almost morning but she isn't sleeping.
