Katniss Everdeen and her group of friends- the Victors -rule the halls of Panem High. Everybody either wants them, or wants to be them.
It's like a normal highschool.
The jocks, the nerds, the populars, the loners, the drama students.
Then there are the Victors- who take all of these labels, and put them together. They seem perfect, but everyone has their flaws. Maybe some more than others.
