zalex- one shots!

it was a few weeks after the chaos that ensued at the dance. zach has been getting closer and closer to alex after he found out jessica cheated on him. zach came rushing in as a shoulder to cry on but, alex didn't seem so fazed by the situation.

"you okay?" zach said, closing the door of alexs' room approaching him cautiously.

"yeah, fine." alex laughed exasperated.
"why does everyone keep asking me that?"

"well, i mean your girlfriend did ch- cheat on you." zach said confused but, hesitant when the word 'cheat' came out.

"and you expected me to be freaking out?" alex said raising an eyebrow in zachs direction.

"yeah. yeah, i did." zach laughed awkwardly taking a seat on his bed.

they fell into a comfortable silence. zach looked over at alex and was dying to ask him a question.

"why are you so okay? how are you so fine?" zach blurted out.

"because," alex started looking up from his hands "i know no matter what stupid, girls will do in my life ill have you."

alex smiled at zach and they fell back into that familiar, comforting silence.

alex was okay. alex was okay because of zach.
