Chapter 34

JAMES’s POV

“CHELLEY!!!” i shouted when i saw her hitted by the black car. I saw how her body was flipped in the air because of the impact. I glanced at the black car, it just stopped for a while as if checking on something and eventually speed away.

May mga humintong sasakyan at maraming tao ang pumaligid sa walang malay na katawan ng babaeng mahal ko.

Mabilis akong tumakbo palapit kay chelley at pinagtutulak yung mga taong pumaligid sa kanya. Nayanig yung buong mundo ko nang makita kong halos maligo na sya sa sarili nyang dugo. I gathered her in my arms.

 “No, no, no, no Chelley... NO!” i said, my voice is cracked.

“F.CK! somebody call the hospital!” sigaw ko sa mga taong nakapaligid samin.

“Baby, please, open your eyes... please...” i whispered to her while hugging her tight and i kissed her forehead but, i got no response. Habang tumatagal mas lalong lumalakas yung kabog ng dibdib ko na baka kung anong mangyaring masama sa kanya habang tumatagal.

Mabilis na may dumating na ambulansya at isinakay si chelley. My eyes never left her sight. And i’m holding her hand tight whispering prayers that she would open her eyes for me.

Ilang saglit pa, i saw her opened her eyes. And whispered my name.

“J-ja...” –chelley

“I’m here. I’ll take you to the hospital okay? Wag kang matutulog.” I said. Nanghihina syang tumango ang gave me a weak smile. I kissed the back of her hand.

“J-Ja... Don’t cry... i hate... seeing you... like that...”she said in a weak tone. Nang salatin ko yung mata ko, tears are continuously falling down my eyes.

“I-I will but please, don’t pass out okay?” i said while wiping my tears away. Timango lang sya. at lumuwag yung pagkakahawak nya sa kamay ko.

“Chelley... Chelley... Chelley... No!” i’ve tried to wake her up. But i failed. She never did open her eyes again. I’ve started to cry hard. And ask God if i could just replace my chelley in this situation coz, i’d rather lie down that stretcher dying than dying in pain seeing her like this.

Mabilis syang pinasok sa Emergency room ng mga medical personnels pagkarating namin sa ospital.

“James! Anong nangyari?! Nasan ang kapatid ko?!” nagpapanic na tanong ni kuya bryan pagkarating nya.
