Chapter 1

It's mid Jan. and I'm already ready to leave from this school. Looking at the time it's 1:30. Damn, I just want to go. I thought in my head. *Looks at the clock*. Dang it's already 1:35. The bell rings..but I still got two more classes left. I hurry up to get to Mrs. Lans class with hu bitch ass.

Mrs.Lans: Miss Jones you was almost late this time.

Me: Mrs.Lans, I'm never late, I'm always on time and I have a good grade in here that you wish you could change. I haven't done nothing bad, so why pick on me everyday. What have I done that makes you not like me.

*Damn,DAmn, DAMN I just messed up.* Thinking in my head. No I didn't. I went and sat down because I've done nothing wrong. I wasn't having a good day anyways and she just pushed me to the far edge.

Mrs Lans: Layla meet me after class

Hefa I just sat down and class just starting why you didn't tell me this at the end of class. Thinking in my head.

I kept looking at the time waiting for this class to end so I can walk out without her seeing me. Looks at the clock 2:25. Goodbye.

Mrs. Lans: Layla

Damn I thought wrong.

Me: "Yes, Mrs.Lans." I said softly being fake.

Mrs.Lans: Layla why every time I say something to you, you have an attitude.

Me: "Don't ever have an attitude. This is the first time. Next thing Mrs. Lans I give you so much respect by not saying nothing but today you've done pushed it and I still talked to you like I'm mature.. it's not me, it's you."I said trying to be nice

Mrs.Lans: Layla you feel like your doing good in school but not in life, you haven't been making any smart decisions lately.

Me: "and what's that suppose to mean?" I asked with an attitude.

Mrs.Lans: Your chil-

Me: My child has nothing to do with decisions. Goodbye Mrs Lans I see you the judging type.

I started to walk out of her class after that. I will not be disrespected from someone that's supposed to be on my side and call herself my support.

I went to my last class. Man it's a good thing Mr. Wood let us have a break today. Sleep was calling my name.

*Bell rings*

Hearing that I woke up so fast wiping slob off my face. Looks at the clock. Haven't had sleep like that since Tyler was born. I drove to my aunties house to pick him up. Knocking on the door until Aunt Lena answered.

Aunt Lena: hey baby

Me: hey auntie

Tyler: Mommaaa

He ranned up hugging me

Me: hey baby

I picked him up kissing and swinging him around. As he started to giggle.

Aunt Lena: He's so smart to be his age.He was singing to me and I couldn't help but laugh when he was sing his abc's. Instead of him saying A B C D he said A B C V and I just laughed but I knew what he was talking about.

Me: yea, I've been singing to him and teaching him the basics but thank you auntie so much.. I will pay you this Friday.

Aunt Lena: "You okay baby..Tyler done payed me with his kisses." She started smiling.

I just laugh and hugged her and told her I was still gone pay her for keeping him and she don't have to worry no more. Tyler kissed her again and told her see ya. I strapped him in. And off we go

Me: Tyler how old will you be this year

He raised up his hand.

Me: no baby you will be 2 this year. are you ready?

He just looked at me.

Me:Tyler why you so quiet. Are you hungry.

Tyler: e-yes

Me: Okay

I drove to McDonald's to get him something to eat and we headed home. there was no use to getting food for the house. Momma's "guest" be in the fridge. It's funny to me when they walk in the kitchen and see nothing.

Me: Look baby we're home.

Tyler wasn't even looking he fell asleep before getting to the house,but as long as my baby ate I was fine. I carried him in the house and walked to my room. I layed Tyler on my bed and let him sleep then I started on my homework.

Looks at phone 5:52 p.m. I'm finally done. I layed down beside Tyler and went to sleep.

Unknown : Bitch get the fuck up

Momma: no baby you got to carry me. If you want it

Unknown: Bitch don't make me drag yo ass.

*Huuuuuh 🙄 Why wake up now*. I thought .I looked at my phone 3:25 a.m. I got school tomorrow. I sat my head up a little bit and this this dude dragging my momma to the room. I just waited til I heard the door shut to close mine. I slid the dresser over the door and layed back down with Tyler. I'm just gone take a shower in the morning. I thought to myself.
