He looks into my eyes from across the room and shakes his head, almost as if he's ashamed. He looks back up at me once again, meeting my confused and desperate eyes. I hated that he knew how much I wanted this.
"God you're infuriating," He spits out.
I cross my arms stubbornly.
"And you're completely deranged!" I yell back.
I look around the room to avoid eye contact and I can't help but feel vulnerable. Eye contact was definitely one of my weaknesses. I'm painfully aware that his gaze has not left me. I lift my head up facing him once again to see him walking towards me with a look on his face that I can't place. He stops in front of me, only a few inches away. I can feel the warmth of his body radiating on my skin causing the hair on the back of my neck to stand up and goosebumps to form on my arms. My breath hitches and I freeze. His eyes flash from my eyes to my lips and I can see him struggling. Against what, I don't know.
He closes his eyes for a moment but doesn't move. "Ah fuck it," He mutters before opening his eyes and crashing his lips onto mine.
I immediately return the favor, kissing back hard. His slightly chapped lips are rough against mine, leaving me wanting more and more.
His hands find their way under the hem of my shirt and land directly on my hips, pulling me closer and closer to him.
I grab his shirt around his chest and pull myself towards him. I can't seem to get enough of him. No matter how close we are, I only want to be closer. He's almost addicting.
He pauses our kiss for a moment, leaning his forehead on mine, and lifts me slightly off the ground then throwing me gently on the bed. He hovers over me and our lips meet once again. His hands stay put on my hips, forming small circles on my sensitive skin and making my mind go wild. My hands wrap around his back, holding his strong muscular shoulders and all I want to do is tear his shirt right off his body. My stomach is full of butterflies and I can't seem to think. He is the only thing on my mind.
That is until the quiet air, filled only with the sound of our heavy breathing, is no longer quiet. There's a knock on the door that sends us both up off my bed, like two magnets of the same direction. I quickly stand up and fix the sheets as he nervously runs across the room and fixes his rumpled shirt.
"Sami?" I hear, followed by another knock.
"Come in!" I yell jumping back on to my bed, trying to look natural.
Will opens the door and peaks his head through the doorway. I smile nonchalantly and pretend to be on my phone.
"Do you know where Logan went? He asks before opening the door and answering his own question.
"There you are!" He exclaims.
Logan leans against my dresser and smiles but it doesn't reach his eyes.
"What are you doing in here?" Will asks, looking back and forth between the two of us.
Logan stretches his neck awkwardly leaving me to come up with an excuse. "Uh, he was wondering where you went and I said that you probably went out or something."
He nods, not questioning my lie. "Yeah I went to go pick up some pizza. You want some?"
I shake my head. "I'm fine. I already ate," I lied, once again. There's no way I'm going to endure the awkwardness of eating pizza next to my brother and his best friend, who I just made out with.
"Okay, there will probably be leftovers if you're hungry later," He says over his shoulder as he walks out the door. Logan follows close behind his footsteps. Right before he walks out of my room, he looks over to me and winks with a small smile, then steps out into the hall and shuts the door behind him. The butterflies start up in my stomach again and a small sheepish grin forms on my face.
