And what lies before you is a story created in the year 2011, rebirthed in 2017. A heavily detailed book that has been thoroughly imagined. Made by the inspiration of Ink Heart + Lord of the Rings series, Greek Mythology, Elder Scrolls IV; Skyrim, FallOut and imagination itself.
As a additional explanation, this book is based around the main series, however to further view my world of imagination, there are 'side' books that run within the series showing you how large and effected the main series is to the rest of my world. As well as history is recorded for you.

The Creatures of Zaer Index
Abere; A wild demoness woman, ruling over young females while living in the marshes. Draws people in by her beauty, entrapping them by causing weeds to grow about them. Once fully trapped, she devours them.
Abyzou; Female ghost wandering the earth, blamed for the miscarriages and infant death as she is motivated by envy as she was known for being infertile.
Alkonost; Hybrid of nymph and owl. When one hears their beautiful sounds they lose all memory. The creature lays its eggs on the beaches' sand then rolls them into the sea. Cared for by the mermaids. When hatched a thunderstorm sets in.
Alicorn; A winged unicorn, separated from the Pegasus. Hybrid of Pegasus and pure unicorn. Can for-see the futures, and it's tears can heal.
Banshee; A spirit trapped inside a dead woman's body, wailing at high pitch in a frenzied manner. Usually a sign of death.
Bean Nighe; Washer woman that stares at a being that looks upon her. Seen as a omen and messenger from the otherworld.
Black Dog; A evil spirited dog, that stalks the city streets at night. Ghostly appearance and untouchable by living.
Black Eyed Beings; 'Skin Stealers', human form yet black soulless eyes that make their presence known. Emanating a sense of pure evil.
Black Lady of the Woods; A young woman covered in full black cloaks and a hood that obscures her hair, only revealing her mournful pale face. Tear stained. Not known as harmful, yet gives a pitiful unnerving sight.
Bloody Mary; Supposed to tell of ones fortune if conjured into the mirror by calling her name three times, alone in the dark. Yet known for cutting out the conjurers eyes.
Bogey Man; A man one calls a monster without knowledge of what it truly is.
Boginki; An old woman whom performs sacrifices and rituals for the river nymph. Supposedly, steals babies and replaces them with Odmience. (Changlings, also known as shape shifters.)
Bogle; Steals children and replaces them with a monstrous demon of it's own.
Brownies; Small humaniod children-like creatures wearing all brown clothing. Quite helpful little house helpers.
Cambion; A hybrid of succubus. A beautiful ungodly creature.
Centuar; Hybrid of man and horse.
Cerbens; 3-headed dogs. Usually purposed for guarding.
Charybolis; The giant whirlpool inside the Jolanda Sea, whose feeder is the Strait of Messina.
Cyclops; One-eyed giants whom capture ad eat people
Cnocephalus; A member of a ancient race of men with the head of dogs.
Demon; Malevolent spirits who battle humans for their souls.
