1) Your book must be published. (Or published within a week of receiving the cover.) This is only because there have been many times where I have spent time making covers for people who never use them, and that's kind of unfair.
2) No cover hopping. Recently, I've seen a lot of people requesting from me, and then requesting from someone else (Don't think I haven't noticed.) It's not cool. I don't blame any of you atm, because it wasn't a rule before, but not gonna lie it was still quite rude and offensive. Ask if you want to change designers, don't do it behind my back and think I'm not gonna find out.
3) Be patient. I haven't really had a problem with this before, you'll here are so nice and wait as long as it takes. I usually do try to give it as soon as possible, however there have been times when I've taken a bit too long. I'm cases where I take more than two weeks to publish your cover, please PM me with a friendly reminder.
4) Be 100% sure you want the cover before requesting, you'll have to use it for up to 1 week. This is only because I'm getting tired of people not using my covers after me spending time and effort on them. And 1 week is not a long time.
5) Always complete payment, which is just credit in the description of your book. Other payments are optional so you don't have to do them.
