I ask for help

So I ask for help when I need it
But I have a problem
I always need help
I try not to bother them
So I stay in my room
In silence

But I can't
So I just close my eyes and don't think
I can still hear everyone
Having fun without me
While I am in my room
Trying to be alive
Trying to hide from my demons
And running from reality
