Chapter 4

Paulie woke up, his stomach growling. He opened his eyes to see Holly adorably asleep, lightly snoring. He carefully got up, and walked out to the living room, where the other boys were. John was checking if he looked good, gelling his hair and fixing his clothes. Hehe, silly merman... 

"John, enough with the fixing yourself up. You're such a chick!" Eman said, and John rolled his eyes.

"Well, I have to look attractive enough to get a girl captive... so I'm trying to look my BEST!" John huffed, stomping out the house. 

"Well, if we're going to try and impress our girls, and get them to like us, lets start by making breakfast!" Paulie said, excited.

"We can't cook! Last time we cooked for our captives, they ended up dead!" Eman cried, throwing his hands up.

"They shouldn't have been hiding in those sacks..." Lenny growled.

"Who puts sacks on a fire!?" Eman argued.

"Exactly! No more cooking!" Lenny folded his arms.

"It's ok, this time, we'll just follow a recipe..." Paulie said, watching some cooking show on TV. He tugged on a chef hat and turned to the boys. "Right, lets get started!"

"Where did you get the hat?" Eman asked, flicking it.

"I took it from a chef at the restaraunt me and John went to. Duh!" Paulie said. Len and Eman looked at each other, and shrugged.

"Well... lets get to work.." Eman sighed. Lenny added in a sarcastic Woohoo! Before setting to work with the boys.

Holly sniffed at the air, half awake... Her nose crinnkled. Ew... Her eyes snapped open. She got out of bed and got ready, showering and dressing. She walked out, and followed the sound of arguing voices... She looked around the corner into the kitchen, and gasped, before she was grabbed by Eman and sat down next to Jessie and Sofia.

"What is going on!?" Holly whispered to them. 

"We don't know!" Jessie whispered back. All the girls were scared.

The kitchen was surrounded in smoke.

Eman rolled his eyes. "Oh stop being scared, girls, we just made breakfast... Is there supposed to be so much smoke, Paulie?" Jessie giggled. Stupid boys.

"Umm, maybe we should cook...?" Jessie said.

"I told you they wouldn't like it!" Lenny scowled.

"You're right about that..." Sofia muttered. Lenny's head snapped in her direction.

A ding went off, and Paulie opened the oven. More smoke poured out, making the girls cough. Len took a spoon of disgusting looking melted meaty mush stuff, and turned to them.

"Well, like they say, don't knock it till you try it..." He smiled. Eman and Paulie took a spoonful each too, walking up to the girls slowly, who were backed into the corner... 

"No... Please! Sofia was just kidding!" Holly pleaded. Sofia looked at her, sn smacked her on the head. "OW! What was that for?"

"You gonna blame me again! Now?" Sofia huffed.

"Guys!" Jessie, yelled, and the noticed the spoons inches from their mouths... The boys grabbed the girls noses. Uh oh.... Jessie panicked, looking at the other girls... They were about to burst. Just as their mouths opened, the boys started cracking up laughing, chucking the spoons away. The girls were confused, but realisation dawned on them.

"That was horrible!" Sofia said. Mad, but kind of amused... It was kinda funny.

"I hate you guys. See this is why I had a bad feeling about breaking this damn curse! Ughh. I lost my appetite." Jessie was upset and mad... But Sofia and Holly's half amused looks took some of the madness away. She badly wanted to start a food fight... But knowing their luck, something would definitely go wrong.

"Ok, go fix yourselves up, we're going out." Paulie said, wiping gooey meat off his chef hat. The girls looked at each other, puzzled.

"What do you mean fix up? We're ready?" Holly said. The girls looked at each other, shirts and shorts... What's wrong with that? The boys looked at each other, and burst out laughing.

"We can't seriously take you out looking like THAT! Put some nicer clothes on, some nice smelly stuff... And do your hair!" Lenny said, flicking Jessie's messy ponytail. She grumbled and jerked her head back. The girls just stood there staring at them...

"Well? What are you waiting for? Chop chop!" Eman said, shooing them off. The girls hurried off to their rooms. Holly got a pretty flower skirt and put that on with a plain white shirt and boots, letting her hair down. She decided, to see if she could find her way to one of the other girls rooms. She went through a hallway, down another, turned left, right and left again, and saw Jessie and Sofia heading in her direction.

"Hey. Looking snazzy Holly!" Sofia said, giving her a thumbs up. Jessie was dressed in a pretty purple top and dark jeans, with a nice pair of j's on. Sofia was in a white singlet, tucked into loose shorts and yellow ballet flats. They all had their hair down, and gave each other a nod of approval before they all headed to the room they had watched movies in. The boys were sitting in their, huddled together talking. They sensed the girls presence and broke apart, turning to look at them.

Lenny nodded, smirking. "Now that is much more acceptable!" 

"Oh shush!" Holly snapped. Lenny looked at her, more than surprised by Holly saying that. The others laughed at the outburst.

Lenny shook his head mentally. Remember, you are still their captors, even if we need them to love us, we can't let them get too comfortable, or else something will go wrong, they'll gain enough courage and escape, or get too comfy lounging around... Len stopped smiling. Frustrated at the negativity he felt. He scowled, walking out. "Lets go."

"Whats his problem?" Sofia asked, confused at his sudden change.

"He's still a demon... so theres alot of negativity in him. It makes it hard to have fun with him." Eman said, shaking his head. Jessie was reminded once again, that these guys weren't human. They were supernatural, and no matter how nice they were, they still held evil... Oh wow! And we're already becoming friends with them!! How did that happen? They CAPTURED us for crying out loud. Although that brought back some weariness, she couldn't help but like them.

"Okayyy... Lets get going!" Paulie said, tugging Holly out the room.

"Well... wish me luck!" Holly said before she was dragged out the room.

"Good luck!" Jessie said to Sofia, before walking out with Eman.

Sofia turned around to see Lenny back in the room.

"Ok. Lets go. Just don't embarrass me.Or else." He tugged Sofia out of the house, and off they all went on their disaster dates...
