A story of fate

Chapter 1

There once were two brothers created as a balance of light and dark. The first, older brother was of light and holiness. He held the power of life and prosperity. He brought life to the full planet and formed the plants and animals of the earth. The second brother was of darkness and death. He held the power to destroy and wilt the life of everything living. The two brothers worked with each other to balance the earth. They lived in perfect harmony, but the younger brother grew jealous of his brother. The older brother always seemed happy with his creations and knew the feeling of love. The younger brother grew to hate him for that for he only knew the feel of loss. So one night, while the older brother was sleeping, he snuck up to him and killed him by the sword. At that moment, pure darkness shot across the earth. Everything decayed and died leaving rubble and destruction across the earth. The older brother's blood leaked from his body and seeped into the earth. From his blood arose a tree full of life. It quickly grew into a large tree bearing fuits.

At that time, all of the fruits broke off of the tree and split on the ground. The seeds from within the fruit were numerous and from the seeds formed creations of light. The creations were made in image of him with the ability of flight and the brother's power rested divided in each of them. They were to be named angels. A tear fell from the older brother's eye as his last bit of power drained from him. That tear shot into the dark sky only to form a giant ball of light to illuminate earth and bring it from darkness. This was to be named, moon. The angels used the power and rose everything from the dead back into life. The younger brother grew to rage before attacking his brother's last creations. They each awoke and used their pure magic to stop him. A battle arose between the light and darkness and lasted for six days. On the seventh day, he fell from exhaustion. The angels created a realm of fire and suffering which would be called Hell. They cast him down into the realm and put him under chains of light to where he could not break free and unleash chaos among them. The brother became driven with rage and vowed to take revenge on them. He named himself Lucifer. The angels also created a realm of the ultimate abode of the just. This was to be called Heaven. They would reside there for it has never been touched by evil. To keep balance, they appointed a leader who would lead them better than the rest. He was stronger and more wise than the rest. He was also blessed with visions of the future. He is named Michael. He would become the beginning of the archangel hierarchy.

Micheal looked down upon earth and upon their creator. To honor him, they took a rib from him and created man. This man would not have power but be intelligent and wise as he was. Man would be strong and tough. They created man to learn and grow. From the creator they took his heart and created woman. Woman would be able to feel and sympathise and love. Together, the two creations would create a balance to benefit the other. The angels created them with free will so that they would not be forced to go where they did not wish. However, to give them a gift, he ordered for books containing knowledge of every kind of magic in the world to be placed randomly on this earth. Lucifer, seeing what was happening created beings of evil to persuade man and woman to darkness. He would call them demons. Seeing that Lucifer could break free, Michael combined all of the power of light to divide his power. They left part of his power in him but put another part of it in a demon that didn't fully follow the rules of its creator. The over throw of darkness suddenly started to take its toll on earth. Seeing how there was an unbalance, Michael put emotions in demons and angels alike, taking away half of his power as well. This balanced light and darkness. As man became plentiful, he rested for the night. As he slept, a vision flashes through his mind.

A hybrid shall be born being half demon and half angel. She shall harness the power of good and evil and be balanced within them. She shall have the power to create and destroy lives. The hybrid could unite angels and demons. She could destroy every creation. A demon would be born bearing half of Lucifer's power at the same time the hybrid is born. This demon is the key that Lucifer must use to regain his full power. He would then bring havoc upon earth and destroy it. Michael awoke the next morning only to realize there is nothing he can do. It is a matter of choices. It's a matter of fate.
