In the year 2988, people moved from Earth to many planets spread out through the universe.
It is now the year 3752. The universe is currently at war with each other, the main reason being who gets to own certain planets and galaxies. There used to be one government governing the universe until it split up.
Each planet has a ruler overseeing all the finances and security. The capitol of the universe is XYZ. Currency, called V's, is loaded into every person's chip, although that person must be over the age of 18.
Schooling goes from 4 to 13 and then a 14 year old goes to a training facility until age 18. After undergoing the process at the training facility, a person is put into a field of work that fits them best.
