"Here we are." You hear her say next to you.

"Thank god. C'mon let's get in there!" You exclaim now excited to play some arcade games.

Once you walked in neon lights were everywhere. The floor was a dark, squishy carpet and arcade games, old and new filled the area around you.

"Let's go get an all excess card," Allura says as she grips onto your hand and drags you to the counter in the center of the arcade. As soon as you make it up there you are greeted by some dog-like creature, they had brown fur and dark eyes. Their voice sounded female, and she talked with a very cheery attitude.

"Thank you, Olia!" Allura chirped and handed you your card.

"Wait, I could've paid for this." You said as you realize she had just paid for you again.

"Do you have money?" Allura asks you with a sly grin.

"Well. . .no, but-"

"Then don't worry about it." She says and guides you over to the air-hockey table.

"But, I feel bad. Ever since I got here you've paid for everything. . .and I don't want that to continue." You say as she starts up the air-hockey table and pushes a slider over to you.

"See!" You say as you pointed out her purchase for the game. But she simply chuckled.

"I believe it's called generosity, (Y/n)." You scoffed and continued your conversation.

"Sometimes it can be a little excessive, don't you think? Listen, I don't want it to sound like I'm complaining, I've appreciated everything you have done for me so far, it's just. . .let me do things at my own pace." You explained, hoping to get your message through to her.

"(Y/n)." Allura says as she starts the game, hitting the puck with her red slider.

"I understand everything you're saying." You hit the puck with your own, keeping the game going.

"I get that you feel as if I'm catering to you, but. . .thats just how I am. I don't mean it. I've just always been known to give more than receive. I like to make sure others are happy. That's what makes me happy, knowing that others are able to enjoy themselves and have the best life that they can." Allura says, revealing her outlook on her happiness. You didn't think her reasoning for doing what she does to be that deep. You just thought she was a generous person.

"Still. . .let me take you out somewhere, all on me this time." You suggest and her crystal-blue eyes light up a bit.

"No, that isn't necessary." She tries to dismiss you but you snap right back at her.

"Any place, name it. Right now!" You demand.

"I-I like tea! We can go get tea sometime soon." Allura responds frantically to your demand.

"Better. When would you like to go?" You ask.

"Um, does Sunday sound good? I can't do it any other time this week." Allura questioned to which you nodded yes.

"Splendid!" She says as she scores the first point.

"Aw!" You groaned that she scored the first goal.

"Double splendid!" She cheered again as you reached down to the hole on your side of the table to retrieve the puck.

"You got lucky." You exclaimed.

"I don't need luck to win," Allura said, placing a hand on her hip and basking in her glory. At this moment you took advantage of her cockiness and shot a goal for yourself.
