Earth 2

Chapter 1-Prologue

             A soft breeze flew by a large building, though this "building" wasn't much of a building at all. It looked as if someone stacked rooms on each other to make a makeshift trashy apartment. Though, the higher up parts looked less trashy and more modern. There seemed to be trees on large poles that held up platforms, it actually seems not all that bad up there.

The bottom seemed rugged, almost like they had to build their world underneath the higher class above. It seemed to be the year 3076 and Earth was fairly over populated. The rich shoved all the poor into the bottom and got high quality houses up top. It was almost a sad sight really, every inch of earth either filled with either trash, large buildings, or those weird apartment residential areas.

The large buildings we're factories, supposedly they held millions of trees so they could produce mass amounts of oxygen in order to make clean water and ventilate everywhere, it was indeed a hard time on earth. The oxygen would get pumped into these buildings with pipes. The one thing that comes with overpopulation is an overly large amount of trash, with no way to dispose of it. So people built their houses out of it, saved materials and it was cheap as hell.

The world was a basic wasteland now and where there used to be lush forests and biodiversity, there was now facilities holding different ways to make basic needs for the human body.

Not to mention everyone these days have prosthetic limbs or an eye contact with the extra attachment to enhance your sight. It seems these days all people can do is get the money to have basic needs, such as an air filter, water, food, and other things of that sort; hardly anybody these days have children; they take up too many resources. The poor don't need more mouths to feed.

And this is why Earth's space program is setting up a solution. Everything is temporary on Earth but maybe if we were to colonize on more than one planet we could have more room, make space for schools and forests and lakes and- it would make the humans have a lot better of a chance to survive.

Today was january 7th, Nasa is releasing a program for those who don't like their life here on Earth, people who would like to colonize a new planet in order to help the humans survival. They need fifty people aboard the spaceship in order to colonize it. The requirements were simple,

One: the person must note clearly that they are okay with leaving earth forever

Two: they must have no other family with them.

Three: they have basic survival skills.

Four: must be at least fourteen.

five: cant be from the rich layers of the city

Most could probably go but not all wanted to go without there family. It seemed like a job for those with nothing to live for, or want to leave this planet for the "greater good".

And that brings us to our first people to sign up, Zanax and Demetrius.
