Chapter 2

Bookie a tall slender man approached the small well kept house with little lawn ornaments all about and neatly trimmed hedges it was this location he had been informed a brutal murder had taken place. As he walked in Bookie noticed that there were no signs of forced entry and on the kitchen table there were two empty cups. Seeing this he turned to his partner and said,

"We are looking for someone the victim knew and was comfortable with, a family member or possibly a wife or girlfriend. Look into anyone who was closely involved with him and get back to me"

As his partner ran off bookie continued searching the scene swabbing blood from the corps from several different places he noticed dried blood on his hands he saw blood that seemed at an odd angle for it to be the deceased on his arm and he also swapped some blood from around wounds. As he continued to look at the man he saw some clumped up hair clenched in his right hand he took that and bagged it as well. Bookie continued his search outside of the house were he found some shoe prints in the mud outside the window and seeing that he dusted the window and found fingerprints on the outside of the window.

The next day Bookie walked into work and went down to the coroners for a report on who the deceased was. When he entered the coroner saw him and expressed,

"Male 34 years old name is Jonathan Cornwall but those who knew him called him Johnny stabbed 12 times in his chest and had several slashes on his face cause of death several stabs penetrated arteries surrounding the heart also puncturing both lungs causing the deceased to quickly bleed out. Time of death 12:30 am"
