4/24/18 - go away
i can't sleep
i can't dream
can't even close my eyes
i can't imagine
how it would feel
to leave this horrible life behind
i can feel
that fear inside
struggling to irrupt from within
to take me over
head to toe
to cover me
in deep sorrow
that i can't
let
go
but i tell it 'no'
'you must not break'
'bottle it up deep down'
the only thing
keeping it inside
is the hope that it will leave
somehow
