Chapter 7

Alina's P.O.V.

I ended up getting grounded while Lucus got to clean up the mess. Most people say that cleaning is harder because of the glitter on the cars, well no, it's not. I say this because I have to clean the cars and worst of all I have to start school here as my punishment.

*first day of school*

When I woke up I wanted to go back to sleep, but if I did Eric would most likely pour cold water on me. Whoop-dee-freaking-doo.

After I took a shower and got dressed I went to get some food. My parents, Eric, and Lucus were already eating without me. "Save me some food!" I ran by and grabbed two pancakes and Lucus by his shirt collar. "Come come, we have to get to school," I said with a weird accent.

"Fine just don't chop off my head."

"Why..."

"Oh, you'll see." Lucus grew this huge grin. Uh oh.

There was an awkward moment of silence before I spoke up again. "Hey, Lucus do we have to go to school?"

"Yes, Alina."

"Damnit." He laughed at my comment. "Too bad I won't leave this car unless we ditch school."

"Oh Alina, I wonder how we will ever get you out of this car and into the school?" He grew the same grin from earlier. Again uh oh.

The next thing I know is that I'm being unbuckled from my seat and being thrown over his shoulder "LUCUS JAMES GIBBSON PUT ME DOWN NOW!" He laughed and a few people started to stare. Hmmm, I know what to do. A smirk grew on my face.

"R-A-P-E- get the hell away from me!" This time Lucus stopped, dropped me and fell on his ass laughing.

"What's so funny"

"The stares that got from Jace and Cathrine are priceless!" He continued to die of laughter on the ground.

I frowned and looked around confused. "Who's Jace and Cathrine?"

"Oh ya, you see those two dweebs over there?" I looked to where he was pointing and sure enough saw a boy and a girl acting the same way as Lucus.

"And to think I thought you had no other friends" This time he frowned while I started laughing.

"Just come on I want you to meet them" I followed Lucus over and after ten minutes I felt like I'd known Cathrine (Cat) and Jace for ages.

"-And when you did that little chant earlier I saw Heather the blond bimbo and her friends look over at you like you were crazy." Jace was going on about how people looked when I screamed that chant.

"And even Jackson and some of his friends looked over. Usually, they ignore everyone except for the sluts aka girls like Heather." That's what I love about Cat, she's always lighthearted but can blunt about the school's bitches anytime needed.

"Well this school makes it seem like this will be an interesting year," I looked over at Lucus and thought of all the pranks that we were able to do to heather and her little friends. "Well, I've got to ask you two something before I go" Jace and Cat looked at me with curiosity, and I looked at Lucus with an evil grin on my face "Where's Heather's car..."
