How you meet

I was walking home from the Salvatore house. It was pretty late and was really dark out and normally that wouldn't bother me, but I live in a Vampire filled town.

As I was walking I heard a noise from behind me. I stop walking and look behind me. I see absolutely nothing weird. I can't help, but feel like someone's watching me. I shake off the feeling and turn back around and start walking. I end up bumping into someone's chest. I step back and say "Sorry I wasn't watching where I was going."

Whoever I bumped into said in a British accent "It's alright love."

I look up at the person and I see this handsome man. He had blue eyes and his hair was short, blonde and slightly curly. I soon recognized him as Klaus the original hybrid. I say "I should get going home now. Sorry again."

I start walking again, but I get stopped by the hybrid saying "Wait, I'll walk you. I mean if you want. It can be dangerous."

I laugh in my head and think ya because I'm so safe with the original hybrid. I say "No, it's fine. Thanks for the offer though."

He asks "Are you sure?"

I nod my head then I hear a wolf howl. I then say "On second thought I might take you up on that offer."

He chuckles and asked "Are you scared?"

"No" I lie "I just want some company."

We start walking in the direction of my house.

He says "Your a terrible liar, you know."

I nod my head and say "Yeah."

I then ask "What's your name stranger?"

I knew his name he just didn't know that.

He says "Klaus Mikaelson. What's yours?"

I say "Y/n Y/l/n"

Klaus says "What a beautiful name for a beautiful women."

I can't help but blush at what he said.

We finally arrive at my house and I'm safe inside. He can't get in so I have the confidence to ask "So why did the original hybrid want to walk me home?"

He looked at me shocked then asked "How did you know?"

I say "Small town, people talk. Besides your the main topic in the supernatural category."

He nods his head then answers my question "I'm not sure why I did honestly. There's something about you that I find rather intriguing."

For some reason this made me blush. He asked "May I come in?"

I hesitate, actually considering it. I finally answer "Sorry, no."

He looked disappointed so I add "Maybe if I got to know you better."

A small smile appeared on his face. He then said "Maybe I shall swing by tomorrow."

I smiled and said "Maybe."

He says a quick goodnight then turns to leave. Before he walks down the stairs of my porch I say "Goodnight Klaus."

He quickly turned to look at me and smiled before leaving. I think to myself I hope he comes by tomorrow.
