i played on a my schools basketvall team with my friends at the school gym as some girls recorded us for their lives videos.

i pretended i was going one way then swooped to the other dunking the ball scoring the games winning point  as ayo tried to block me .i laughed at him and stick my tounge out as i talked shit to the girls cameras about ayos bad blocking i then ways tackled to the floor by teo as he laughed holding my hands down then ayo poured his gatorade on my face. i screemed.

"ayo!" he just laughed at me..tho he played for a diffrent team he was still my friend

teo wiped my eyes clear laughing.i pushed him off me and began to fight him...not like beef fight but like your little brother is being anoying so you tackle that hoe.

all the girls suronded around us and flashlights were beaming down. i was then pulled off him and dragged into the school building

i sat in the principles office pissed as they conversed about calling my granny.

the coach then walked out the glassed framed office into the one i sat in sitting in the rolly chair at the desk

"tay....how do you expect to be drafted into good high school basketball team?on a scolorship?! if you act up like this expecily on the court." coach spoke and i thought...hes right

"what if you cant play next game.you know drafters are coming.and i think i saw a drafter tonight.this what yall do" i still sat in silence.the coach thinks of us as his children and well we do see him as a father figure...expecily me..ion gota dad.

"we were just playing...i mean its the last courter i scored the winning point...what you'd expect from teenage bo-" i chuckled out but got cut off

"i expect teenage boys to do right by their educations and take this athletics thing serious" he sighed..we then became silent as principle Barnes walked in

"taymor we've decided on letting you oof with a warning since this is your first offense" i cheered in my head my face still straight.amd sticky

since the court is public at the school me ayo and teo decided to meet up tonight before the game tmr to practice

once we were all sweating bullets  we chilled on the benches

"aye i hear some girls having a party tmr night after the game..sum cheerleader bih..yall making it" teo asked pointing to me and ayo

"yea whatever" we said in unisin 

i slapped the back of his neck making him choke on his gatorade hed been sipping we all busted out laughing.

"awe shit my mom just texted we gotta go" tea said looking down at his phone,ayo grabbed his stuff and they gave me sum dap as their mom pulled up i waved then began bouncing my ball alone.

"aye kid,your mom said youd be here"i looked at the white male with a suit

"uh yea i was just abouta uh" i tied to think of a lie

"im the head coach at mount high..saw you tonight" i instantly became tense

"your good kid..hey  what you say about going to our school..this wee" i was shook.they are the best high school team..i thought he was fina o off on my childness today at the end off the game

"aw shi-i mean yes i-idk what to say"

"first we gotta ask your mom its in new york..you cant stay here in atl"

my mo would never..im screwed

"but mom this is the best academic and athletic school."

"fine taymor if this is what you really wana do..but you have to promise me you'll stay up on your schooling"

i nodded in agreement
