What can I say. Every little kid is curious about everything. I was, how can I say this, very nostalgic about new things. I never had the light on at night. I didn't understand why they would turn them off. I thought it was normal not thinking of what would it be like to have the light turned on. As I started getting older I wonder, wonder, and wonder. My parents were already asleep and I had the night to myself.. oh my gosh... I had to much fun! I tried to keep quiet so they won't wake up... I was an only child at the time and would think of everything I can come up with... At one point I was imagining I was the heir of the most remarkable island on the south side of the a kingdom off of the Zepharion Empire.. I got tired and soon I got hungry and thirsty. I didnt want to wake up mom or dad. I would get in big, big, big trouble if I'm up this late. I sat in the livingroom in dark. The kitchen was down the hall.... I tiptoed quietly as I can.. I reached the kitchen and turned on the light. I climbed up the counter and stood to reach the cabinet. I grabbed the chips because that's the only thing I can reach.... Hahahahaha!!!! I passed the doorway from the kitchen into the hallway and I saw something. It was a dark thing of some sort. I was curious and scared at the same time. My heart was pounding so fast and hard. I wanted to run to my parents room and wake them up. I told myself, "stay strong dont be afraid, I can do this". I got up and walked slowly to the door. I peeked on the side of the doorway. By the corner of my I eye I saw a shape. A round shape!!! I moved back into the kitchen with the swoop. Them I stuck out my arm. Then a leg!!! I jump out into the doorway and it was the same shape as me!!!! I started dancing, jumping up and down but in a quiet tone!! Hahahahahahahaha!!! I finally figured out what it was..... It was MY SHADOW!!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE I SAW MY SHADOW FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME!!!!
