It was getting heavier by now

Heavy rain like cats and dogs fell down to the face of the earth
"Shelucia, " a voice of a woman said.
"He's here. "
I hate to brag to you about it but the rain is so wonderful to dance with.
"Shelu-"
"I'm coming, I'm coming!!" I shouted from upstairs. "huh... "
My sandals banged on the wooden covered stairs.
I was 'properly' dressed in a blouse and plaid skirt that went above my knees but below half of my thighs.
That's honestly a lot to explain.
"Aishi-" I mumbled as I went up again to get my handbag.
I went down again.
"Ah-" I said as I came down being greeted with a disapproving look from my mama.
"He's so kind to wait for you and you spend time doin-"
I went out the door..
"Ya ya ya ya... Where-"
..closed the door hard.
Sighed.
"Hey. "
"Yoo...how's life been? "
He laughed. "Sweet and sour i guess?"
I smirked. "Mine's always salty."
All these flavours and I have the salty one.
"Come on. Let's go," he said.
We drove to a restaurant.
A Chinese restaurant.
"What's on the menu?"
"Today's special. We hav stiw fwy fwyed wice wif soy sauce, garlic chickeng bweash, baby kailang in oystow sauce and owiental fwyed egg."
Not actually how they speak but I like how funny it sounds like.
"We'll have all of that," he said without hesitation.
"You have a great taste for Chinese cooking do you?" I asked.
"Urm... Obviously...lmao"
"Haha... Okeh"
The food was served and it smells and looks amazing.
We ate till the plates were cleaned.
I leaned on the chair gently putting my hand to my tummy.
He let out a loud burp and I laughed.
"Whadda heck Leo... "
"Natural human reaction after eating nice food."
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah sure. Suit yourself Mr.-"
Just then, he burped again.
I was lost for words but then I joined in the burping game.
And then *hicc*
"Nooooo.. This can't *hicc* be happen-*hicc* -ing.."
I stared at him. "Leo," I said looking at him laugh, "this is your fault. You gotta he- *hicc* -lp me." *hicc*
He just stared helplessly. With smiling eyes and smirking lips he leaned on one side of his hand that has its elbow on the table.
"Wh- *hicc* -at so funny? *hicc*"
"Nothing. It's just adorable."
"Shadd- *hicc* -ap"
He just laughed quietly with his head turned away.
Oh ma goodness. Biscuits with cream cheese on top. I can't stop.
He paid the bills and we went back to the car. I *hicc* all the way back home.
I might as well....
