Clarke's POV:
"WE'RE BACK BITCHES!"
I couldn't help but smile looking out at everything, earth was truly all I pictured it to be.
We were finally here.
But despite the new excitement, I felt a heavy weight, we had already suffered two casualties.
It makes me wonder who else here wouldn't make it till the rest of the Ark came down.
Everyone began to dissipate, spreading out through the surrounding area. I quickly stepped up on the ship and cupped my hands around my mouth.
"Guys! We need to get to mount weather, we can't be running through the forest, we don't know what's out here."
"Relax princess, let's just enjoy this, we're finally free."
I dropped my hands and turned my head to look over at who ever spoke, ready to spit back an insult but was taken aback.
Damn.
It's a shame I already hate him.
He was standing at the base of the dropship, his arms crossed displaying his muscles and I couldn't help but almost lose my footing.
"Princess? Seriously?" I retorted, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, your Abby Griffin's daughter right? She's on the council, so that makes you privileged, a privileged princess." He replied.
I looked up at his face and scoffed.
I started to walk towards him but I felt someone grab my arms from behind.
"Hey, Clarke, he's not worth it. There's more important things we need to be worrying about right now."
I yanked my arms back from Wells then shot the guy a glare, then turned back to everyone else who had stopped to watch our little argument.
"We don't have food, which means we're either going to starve, or hunt somehow. Our best option right now is to go to mount weather and get it from there, that what the chancellor told us as our best option. Problem is, mount weather is clear over there, about 20 miles from here. It'll take about a day to get there."
"Are you guys going to let the privileged tell you what to do? Just like on the ark?"
I automagically recognized the voice, the same guy from before.
I turned back towards him and crossed my arms.
"And what do you suppose we should do?"
"It's Bellamy, and I suppose, that we should find our own food ourselves. We can survive on our own."
"Well die in a month or two, there's no guarantee we'll find anything."
"Aw come on princess, you got to have a little hope. You and you come with me, we're going to catch some dinner."
Two guys followed after bellamy and the group cheered excited about having a meal that night.
I rolled my eyes and beaded back to the drop ship.
