For all the time I was not there

And the time i made life unfair

I want you to know that I'm sorry

For all the time i left you alone

Instead of being with you till the end

I want you to know that I'm sorry

For all the time i played pretend

Not making the relationship extend

I want you to know that I'm sorry

For all the time I caused sorrow

And promised all would be alright tomorrow

I am truly very sorry

So now I shall let you go

Go with tears in my eyes

Tears saying to you

Saying my final goodbye
