Jade's pov

Perrie and i went over to her house and drove silently, the ride was filled with stealing glances at each other.

Here we are, she said before parking her car.

She went outside and opened the door for me.

Such a gentlewoman, i giggled.
Just for you madam, she said before taking a bow.

How silly, i thought.

We went inside and i let my eyes examine the paintings on the wall, their house was bigger than i thought. It has this moderny look, i was kinda shy because this is my first time going to her place, i'm afraid i might be breaking some stuff around here.

Just seat there, she said while pointing the gorgeous couch.
Where ya goin? I asked before sitting down.
i'll introduce you to my mum she's the best, she said proudly.

I nodded in response.

It seems like Perrie and her mum are super close, i think i might be seeing a part of Perrie that's been hidden. I feel like her soft spot only comes out when she's with her mum or something.

What a lovely lady!

I heard a woman greeted i turned my gaze into the noise and saw a lady standing beside Perrie, and wow Perrie was hugging her. Maybe she's her mum.

So that's Jade? A lovely name for a lovely lady. Come here Jade! I'd like to meet you, the lady said.

I went over them with my head down because the shy me was taking over my body. Once i was near i felt an arm on my hip and pulled me closer, i looked beside me and saw Perrie holding me close. I felt safe everytime i'm around her, i feel like nobody's gonna hurt me when i'm with her. Perrie is my knight in shining armour, Perrie isn't gonna hurt me. I'm sure of it.

Mum this is Jade she's my friend and we'll be doing our report for tomorrow, Perrie said. I could feel her eyes darted on me, i'm just too shy to look at her.

Well hello there Jade i'm Debbie but you can call me Deb, she said before reaching out for my hand.
Well you girls go upstairs if you need anything i'll be at the kitchen, she added.

Thank you, i replied.

Perrie and i walked hand in hand and went upstairs, she twisted the doorknob and let me go inside first. I examined her room it was filled with peace sign, i never knew Perrie was a hippie.

U-um you could lay down if you want, Perrie said shyly. This isn't the Perrie that i know, where did the confident Perrie go? How fishy.

Yeah sure, i gave her a smile before seating down to her bed. She sat next to me and rested her right palm on my thigh, her touch instantly sent shivers down my spine.

i'll just take a quick shower is that okay with you? she said while staring at me. her eyes are the bluest shade that i've ever seen, you could easily get lost by just staring at it.

Jade? she said snapping me out of my thoughts, i realized i was staring at her for too long.

u-um yeah go ahead, i-i'll be fine, i stuttered.

she gave me a kiss on my cheek before heading towards the bathroom.
i texted Jed while waiting for Perrie i realized i haven't told him that i'm fine.
